李右婷教授，曾任大華科技大學校長、商務與觀光管理學院院長、國際貿易系主任、第一電阻電容器股份有限公司國貿專員、景騰實業股份有限公司赴日本代表；參加學（協）會包括日本勞務學會會員、日本經營行動學會會員、日本經營哲學學會會員、日本經營學會會員、以及擔任台灣的新竹市人力資源管理協會常務理事、台灣職能研究會主委。學歷為日本駒澤大學商學研究所碩士；專長為人力資源管理、職能模型建構、高科技人才培育策略。
Yu-Ting Lee is currently Professor and Vice President at Ta Hwa University of Science and Technology. She is also one of the founders of Taiwan Style Competency Study Group. She has been actively consulting and assisting many companies in developing HR strategies, especially a frequent consultant to the Hsinchu Human Resource Management Association, formed by the HR managers in Taiwan’s high-tech industries. She held a Master’s degree in Strategy Management from Komazawa University in Japan. She was an active member of the Japan Association for Research on Business Administrative Behavior and ever assisted many companies in developing HR strategies in Japan. She has authored or co-authored over 30 articles and three books on Business Management. Her publications can be found in European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, The Japan Journal of Human Resource Management, and The Japan Academy of Management.
